Customers are responsible for their own measurements and size restrictions in their home. Please be conscious of passages (i.e. stairwells, doorways, elevations, etc.) which may cause delivery problems. Our delivery team is not authorized to remove railings, door frames or any other fixture in your home to facilitate a delivery. The customer is responsible for making these arrangements. Items that cannot be delivered into the space due to size or access will be left in the customer’s possession and cannot be returned.
Unfold tries to provide accurate information on this site, but errors may occur. Unfold reserves the right to change the goods and services available through the site and their prices without any notice or liability. If you order product for which the price was incorrectly displayed, Unfold will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the advertised price. If you order products that are no longer available, Unfold will notify you by email.
Information Accuracy - We have taken great care to provide you with information that is accurate and useful. Please notify us if you find an error and we will do our best to correct it. We ask that you contact us directly to confirm information about pricing, color, features, dimensions, availability and lead times.
Full payment is required at time of purchase.
You are free to cancel your order within 48hrs of placing your order. No penalties will be applied and a full refund will be made to the original method of payment. After 48 hours from the time an order is placed, no cancelations may be made.
Unfold will do it’s very best to ensure your merchandise arrives within the estimated arrival period. However, since these ETA’s are based on industry averages and manufacturing estimates, we cannot offer any monetary compensation for unseen delays. In addition, component shortages may cause further unforeseen delays. If a delay should occur, we will notify you.
Custom furniture pieces are specifically made for you, therefore are non-refundable and cannot be changed, returned, or cancelled.
A full refund will only be given on in-stock items prior to delivery and will only be given to the original method of payment.
Returns are available on in-stock items in their original condition within 7 business days from the time of delivery. Any in-stock item delivered to your home may be returned for store credit less a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 1/3 of the purchase price. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. All returns will be inspected and items must be in new condition with all parts and accessories for a store credit to be issued.
Furniture protection Warranties and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the products date of delivery.
Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose.
Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or commercial purposes will not be covered by warranty.
All clearance sale merchandise are sold in "as is" condition and are final sale. This merchandise will not be accepted for return, refund, exchange or store credit. After-sale service will be provided on a fee-for service basis.
Storage times are limited to 30 days after arrival of the complete order in our warehouse, after which a fee of a $150 per month will be charged. We have limited space available and appreciate our customers understanding in accepting delivery as soon as possible.
